False Info on premium cases
I bought a gold premium subscription to get free cases that shows only factory new items. However, when I opened cases it gave me well-worn items. When I contacted them, they said these were only best possible items but it wasn't mentioned in description. Finally they responded: "Please be assured that our technical team has already been notified about this bug and is actively working on a fix to restore proper clarity to the case details. We genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We are truly sorry for the confusion and any inconvenience this has caused you." But they didnt give any refund or compensation.
