I have been a customer with Blissy since February 2023 I’ve purchased I8 or 9 pillowcases. I am extremely disappointed with Blissy pillowcases. I have had seven zippers break and several pillowcases ripped around the zipper area despite following the exact care instructions of a garment bag and delicate and no Dryer . The quality simply does not match the premium price.I have had to take multiple pillow cases to a Seamstress for repairs $18 per pillowcase. After suspending so much money on these products I should not be paying additional repair cost. Luxury silk pillow cases should last far longer than this based on my experience .I cannot recommend Blissy due to repeated zipper failures and tearing issues. Just today, I sent a picture of one pillowcase to Blissy-that came out of the washer in a garment bag and again to my surprise the whole zipper is out - So NO for BlISSY. I’m not happy and hopefully, will get reimbursed but no, I will not be buying any more Blissy pillowcases. Maybe some of you all have had this problem. I’m doing everything that directions say : no hot water , place in a garment bag on delicate and no dryer. That’s my take on Blissy NOT very good.
