While i was trying to redeem my gift card, I was blocked and it displayed this message: “Error: The code is Invalid. Kindly check if you have redeemed the code correctly. For further assistance, please contact our support.” Please help me i wrote the correct serial number and pin number and i haven’t redeemed the gift card yet. I can provide proof.
