If I could leave no stars I would. I tracked my package for over a month.It was in my area, then was shipped off to California and then returned to sender.Meanwhile, I was emailing back-and-forth to them.Why is this happening?And they had no answer told me to contact the post office because something was wrong with my address. Post Office informed me that the label was compromised and the package had been returned to sender. Because there was no address on it for it to be delivered which could have been rectified if they had actually paid attention to my emails because I told them it was in my area, why isn't being delivered regardless, they still refused to give me a refund and I had to dispute the charges with my bank..
