No buyer protection against fraudulent sellers / Unwearable items
I ordered a $40 pair of pants through AllChinaBuy, relying entirely on the seller's size chart. The item arrived with a massive 6 cm sizing error. The advertised waist for a size M was 80 cm, but the pants I received measured 74 cm (even smaller than their size S). I provided the aftersales team with crystal clear photo evidence using a measuring tape. Instead of protecting me, AllChinaBuy refused to refund the item because the "seller wouldn't reply to them". They offered a low-value shipping coupon instead. The whole point of using an agent is to get buyer protection. If a seller outright lies about their measurements, AllChinaBuy will wash their hands of it and you will lose your money. Be very careful.
