Worst service and bad machines
Had this rotimatic since the last 4 years and most of the time it is sitting useless with parts broken or waiting for replacement parts to arrive from Singapore. The last part that I ordered, I am still waiting for the last 3 months and reaching out to the customer service does not help as they are nonexistent. If this machine was not this costly I would have dumped it in the trash within the first year. Do Not Buy any Rotimatic Product!!!
