⚠️ ETIQA — extremely disappointed with the service I received. I've had to restart and re-explain my issue multiple times, and it's clear the team does not understand the urgency or complexity of my case. Instead of resolving it, I was asked to go through the same process again — which is a complete waste of my time. This is NOT the standard of service customers deserve. I've had to personally demand escalation to someone more experienced just to get things moving.
