I am very upset
Hello, we are waiting for compensation from Lufthansa to this company and then to us for more than 4-5 months. For first passenger they paid in short time, but for another two passenger they did not paid. First time they said that airline Lufthansa accepted to pay. Then some times later they changed status on their site of us that airline refused to pay while it was acceptance status first. I think it is big lies. I can’t say whether company is bad or Lufthansa but there is something big lie. Flight number was LH2559 and we missed connecting flight to madrid from munich, coz first flight delayed. It was in 2024. I have no hope rn from this company. They only providing scripted answers
