Incredible customer service
The response time by the customer service team was impeccable. We exchanged several emails and it was incredibly quick each time. Not only that, but also were quick to explain my questions in detail and did not try to make it confusing like other websites customer service. They were extremely polite and kind, which again, is far different from other websites customer service team. This experience was PERFECT!
