Once you realize you can switch out clothing and not accept the suggested clothing threadbeast becomes much better. I had 1 package lost and it wasn't replaced like it should have been but they do respond well the communication is very good and they have given me discounts when I was not satisfied. Overall I love the company and will continue to subscribe.
