Jing was Amazing‼️ I had purchased 2 sets of lights and one set stopped working less than 2 years later.. just outside of the warranty timeframe. I let Jing know I went to turn them on one day and heard a pop sound-then only 1 strand worked. I provided photos upon request to clarify the issue. Jing ran thru a few troubleshooting scenarios to validate the power adapter on one strand of lights was bad. Jing was very happy to assist me, and clear about expectations with every email. Jing was able to provided me with a new power adapter after shipping cost was paid. They work perfectly now and I could not be any happier☺️ I LOVE MY LUMARY LIGHTS💯 Christy H
