First of all, I did not believe the call when Jasmine Sabanal called me that soon there would be a trade fair fully funded in November 2025, all I needed was an air ticket from my country Uganda to Shanghai- China for the 5days. When I started the process of getting a visa, I slowly started believing her, given the kind of care and assistance she kept giving me. HOWEVER, WHAT DISAPPOINTED ME WAS I MISSED SEEING HER DURING THE TRADE FAIR due to some issues back at her home country. SURELY, I PERSONALLY ENJOYED EVERYTHING HAIZOL TEAM PREPARED FOR US INDEED WE WERE TREATED with respect, dignity, and so welcoming people. After my visit to the trade fair, I managed to get connected to one supplier who supplied me shelves worth $ 25,000 (Safewell Group Holdings Ltd, Ningbo China). the quality and customer care by this supplier was tremendous. A thousand applause to the haizol team for the professional and genuine services they offer through their platform. Jasmine has not given up even today when I miss her thousands of phone calls, she always calls back until whatever services I need for RFQ are met, many thanks to her professionalism and customer care relations.
