I have a bad experience with the company.They didn't send my item I never received and now they want refund my money I being\nBuying lots of item from this company for years and I have only 2 items never received one last year, 2025 on December.And the next is just now about ten days ago that I call this customer service that is one person in Georgia that answer all dot customer service called from his company.I can't believe that and he can't resolve my problem.He can't refund my money is a disaster hopefully, they can send my item or just reform my money.I have all the right for them to give me my refund if you don't receive your item why?\nHave to buying years from this company.\nAnd lots stuff out of nowhere, myself will keep an item.\n And call them telling them that I haven't received that make no sense because that's what they think So basically , my friends , which is their lot of friends and youtubers too are not going to give them more promotion than what they sell if if they send my iron or refund back I will consider.\nTo buy again because that will make me think the dot company is responsible and they take care of customers. That is a big company make lots of millions of dollars. We, the people are just middle class people. The work hard to buy an item and then suddenly they don't send it or it got lost in delivering. Don't know anyways. They need to be take care of these issues or they going to lose a lot of customers, a good customers spend a lot of money on the stuff that they sell... sincerely elvis
