Bad customer service, likely AI generated
I was unable to actually stay at one of the properties managed by evolv in Door County Wisconsin because they canceled on me prior to my stay and said the reason was "other reason not listed." They claimed they weren't AI when I asked to speak to a real person but every response was clearly generated and provided me with no actual answers to my questions. They didnt know basic information about my booking, like how much i would be refunded. It was a horrible experience and terrible customer service.
