Very fast resolution to my problem!
I was unexpectedly charged for an auto-renewal which I never selected. There was some confusion in the UI as to whether my account was even set up for auto renewal or not. The Customer Service agent quickly replied and refunded me the money. I'm satisfied with that solution. I've used Maya over several years and many trips and will continue to use the service in the future.
