I ordered Jovs Mask and Shorts few weeks ago. Both products are great. About a week ago my Jovs Shorts started having technical problems. They were not working as well. I reached out to Jovs Support Team and they replied almost immediately with troubleshooting options and what information to send to them. After reviewing video and pics they gave options on how to go about getting my Shorts exchanged. I was very happy with my experience and that Jovs was willing to quickly replace the defective product.
