My experience with Elegoo has been… Disappointing
My experience with Elegoo has been incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The printer I purchased was advertised as fully working, but I have spent more time troubleshooting than actually printing. Months of support discussions, endless requests for videos, photos, files, and test results, yet very little meaningful progress toward a solution. To make matters worse, I did not even receive all of the equipment I paid for in the original delivery. I had to repeatedly contact support and chase missing items before the order was finally completed. At no point should a customer have to repeatedly request products that were already paid for. The support process has been exhausting. Every response seems to generate another request for more evidence rather than an actual resolution. Despite following instructions and investing significant time and money trying to make the machine work, I am left with a printer that is unusable. The most frustrating part is that the burden has consistently fallen on me to prove, re-prove, document, record, upload, test, and troubleshoot. As a customer, I expected to buy a working product, not spend months acting as a remote quality assurance department. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential buyers to think carefully before purchasing. If something goes wrong, be prepared for a lengthy support process, repeated requests for information, and a great deal of frustration. I cannot recommend Elegoo based on my experience.
