•Misleading “Lifetime Access” Advertising The Florida course is still advertised as offering “lifetime access” and allowing students to complete it “at their own pace.” However, I was informed by an agent that I would need to pay additional fees to restore access before even completing one year of use because the company added an expiration date after Florida regulations changed in October 2025. At a minimum, the expiration policy and any additional fees should be clearly disclosed before purchase. •Poorly Formatted Course Materials The textbook needs significant improvement. There are numerous blank pages, pages containing only a single sentence, and an overall disorganized layout. It feels like the material was never properly reviewed and formatted before being published. For the price students pay, the quality should be much higher. I recommend taking the opportunity to offer a professionally printed version for students who prefer a higher-quality physical textbook. •Disappointing AI Assistant The AI study assistant is not very intuitive and struggles to answer many legitimate real estate questions outside of its limited programming. •Final Thoughts The company should improve transparency regarding course access, update its marketing, improve the quality of its course materials, and provide better learning tools for students.
