I had several quality issues with my products. I had rings that could literally cut a customer because the edges aren't finished and bracelets where the only thing “stainless steel” was the small chain you use the adjust the size of the bracelet, the rest was CLEARLY plastic including what was supposed to be CZ’s. I tried contacting them several ways but they want to try to say that there is no quality issue because they cant “see it” in the pictures. How am i supposed to prove something is plastic(especially if its painted gold) or sharp in a picture?! Even in my pictures you can see edges aren’t finished on the rings. Definitely submitting a dispute and not doing business here again.
