I ordered a coffee table and two side tables on April 11, 2026, to be shipped to Cincinnati, Ohio. To date, I have neither received the items nor any meaningful updates regarding my order. Instead of answers or solutions, I have only been given excuses. This delay is unacceptable, and I would appreciate an immediate update on the status of my order and a resolution to this matter.
