Creative Overtaxing
Overall I like Creative Market, BUT they do not "offer" tax exemption even if you have a Tax Exemption Form! What!? Amazon, Adobe, even ETSY offers Tax Exemption. Personally, that seems shady and hardly legal. I've been a Creative Market customer for years and their own website still says "At this time, we have no means to provide exemption, but we are considering if this is possible in the future." ... "The future" so dubious and vague. The REALITY is they do not care because they would not let this go on for years. I even emailed their team and they confirmed the same thing "Creative Market does not provide tax exemption or refunds for US-Sales." Even if you have a Tax Exemption Form. This isn't a request, it's the law. Ridiculous. GET BETTER TAX PEOPLE SO YOU DON'T GET IN TROUBLE CREATIVE MARKET!
