Miniso HQ turned a sour experience sweet at Galeries d'Anjou
I buy often at Miniso at Galeries d'Anjou rarely have issues with the items, this time I bought 1 cup that got deformed for no reason in less than 7days, despite the legal warranty they refused to exchange the obviously defective item. I was really unhappy and sad because I am a big fan of Sanrio products and I was considering not to go back again, however I contacted the customer service who understood the situation and acted right away. I was happy to go back and get a new item and a few extras. At first, because of how I was treated at the store I thought they didn't care about frequent clients, I was luckily wrong and I will continue to purchase there, I will however be mindful about who serves me and always keep a proof of purchase.
