I am convinced
I wasn't sure about the company because of the negative reviews, so I made a small order first. The items arrived within two weeks, and everything went perfectly. I joined the Discord Server because I wanted to see what other people had to say about the quality. I saw an invitation to be interviewed about the server. The conversation was great, the moderator (they call them ambassadors) was extremely sweet, and we talked for maybe an hour. The mods are all very helpful and kind. I have come to find out that they are all volunteers who take care of the server and community for the brand by doing administrative work, moderating, and organizing events with prizes (website points, items, discounts, gift cards etc). The community feels super nice and positive, and people are having fun there. Of course, there are some troublemakers, but the moderators do a good job with keeping the space cozy. The rules are straightforward and simple, easy to follow. I recommend joining.
