I have two 3D printers from Anycubic and there are two reasons I will buy a third when the time comes. First is they are cost effective. The second is their customer service. My Kobra S1 prints as good and as fast as any $2k machine out there but after buying it, I can still afford filament. My Vyper at the time had all the features that printers twice it's price had and was a great entry printer. While no printer is perfect the return on value is super high with Anycubic. I judge my purchases based on support as so much of today's manufacturing is mass produced, lemons or defects occur. The question is not if there will be a problem but rather how does the company support it's customers. I can say that while I have had a few hiccups, nothing that would stop me from printing, Anycubic's support has been professional, helpful, and very responsive. Anycubic's customer support is why I will buy another Anycubic printer when the time comes.
