Several weeks and I never received my purchase.
After waiting one week, they told me that they didn't have the product and wanted to switch it to a larger size. After another week, I told them okay. They said that they would investigate and get back to me, but they never did. The only time that they ever responded to me was when I reached out to them. I did supposedly receive an email from their Founder, I responded to him but he never responded to my email. Finally, I was told that my product was shipping. To this day, I have no idea as to what was shipped. The claim that the package was delivered with picture proof; however, I never received the package. I emailed twice and basically they told me that since the package was delivered, there was nothing else that they would do. This was the 1st time using Distacart and it was all around a terrible experience. I'm thinking it must be a fraudulent online marketplace. I wasted over $90 USD on my order which I never got and no response from Dista.
