I was requested to verify my credit card, after trying to redeem about $1200. I tried contacting customer support by email and also by phone, to let them know the option to verify my CC is not available in my profile, so they need to reset it or resend the request.I would love more communication, this waiting game sucks. I play on other sites, and have never had issues with redemptions or verification ever !!! The lack of communication is very frustrating!!!!!
