My car started jerking
My car started jerking, misfiring, and no any signs of overheating. I drove it to the nearest repair shop immediately. After inspection, they found that the coolant level was not low. However, PWI denied my claim, saying the issue was related to overheating and the radiator. I am still fighting with them regarding the claim. It has been months, and my car is still at the repair shop. In my opinion, they did not properly inspect the vehicle or clearly understand the actual cause and definition of overheating. I would recommend being very careful before purchasing this warranty.
