STAY FAR AWAY
Booked an auto transport with Presley from Uship on 27 May, 2026 with a very specific pickup window of 7-15 June and would be traveling for business starting the 16th.. He said that we have plenty of time and would make that happen. Upon contacting Presley multiple times, I was notified on 6/12 that my pickup date was in fact June 16th. I called the driver and asked if it was possible to pick up on the 15th- not available. I notified Presley of the situation, again, and his response was to give the keys to my $200k car to a neighbor or hide the keys outside, that I needed to make it work or change my work trip. He then refused to refund my payment. Do not use this company- they will jerk you around...
