Stay Clear! Highly unprofessional and undependable
I entrusted this company to produce the corporate gift for my most important event of the year. I explicitly stated that I needed my product by May 15th. My account manager,assured me that it would be here. My event was on June 1st, so I had built in 2 weeks just in case there were any mishaps. Well....there were mishaps. May 20th rolls around and no shipping information. I was put in touch with the procurement manager, who proceeds to tell me they do not "guarantee" in-hand dates. This is probably something they should be more up-front about with their customers. Fast forward to May 27th and I am told my product is at a port in China, awaiting allocation to a commercial flight....but still no tracking info. Then everything goes dark. Multiple calls not answered, multiple e-mails not answered. Me event was on June 1st and I had to put an emergency order in at another business to get last minute gifts for my colleagues. Today is June 12th and just TODAY, I received am e-mail with nothing more than a tracking number. No apologies. Nothing personal. Just a tracking number that says, "You're order has shipped!" as if I should be excited now that this company has made me look horrible. As someone who does a lot of purchasing, I highly suggest staying clear of this company based on poor dependability and horrendous communication. There are plenty of other businesses that do it right. Edited on June 15th: We received our product and every last one of them is defective! At this point it's just comical....
