Failed to deliver
First time user here. I ordered two sets of prepared meal from Blue Apron for my parents. That was 4 days ago, and the delivery date was confirmed to be today. At 9:00pm EST, I found out from my mother, who I had told not to cook today, that the awaited food did not arrive. I tracked the order and it says it is ready but not even out for delivery! I am embarassed and furious. This is not a furniture delivery delay, this is a meal that someone is waiting to eat. If I could give this company a "0" I would.
