Difficult situation that was actually resolved
The situation that I had also in other sites where I have not access to the product and not even access to my email box.. was actually resolved through communication and the product was received. In a case which every previous time I should consider the product “lost” or “not delivered” or “returned”, was actually resolved through secondary email and direct communication with the headquarters of the company. And I am happy for the present that was delivered to my beloved one.
