Waste of time, money and effort! Disappointing experience
Unfortunately I can't give a zero but I wish I could. Horrible experience! I ordered a cake through IGP, and it arrived severely damaged due to terrible delivery handling. One entire side of the frosting was completely smashed and flattened, making it totally unpresentable for my occasion. When I complained, IGP’s "Escalation Desk" tried to trap me with an insulting, automated 10% refund (€1.20) on a €12 cake. When I pushed back, multiple agents just spammed me with copied-and-pasted corporate fluff, refusing a fair refund and instead offering generic discount codes for future purchases. They do not care about the quality of their deliveries or customer satisfaction. Save your money and buy from a local bakery that actually values your special events. Avoid IGP at all costs!
