Had an awful couple of nights stay at Dorsett asked for a room either air conditioning and checked again when booking in that the room had this was assured it did, got to room and broken air conditioning most that was provided was a very noisy fan that just blew the warm air around. Staff do not listen, agree to booking and then do complete opposite. TV in room stuck with subtitles right across the picture so missed the tennis as well. Was assured maintenance would fix they didn’t.
