Had a worst experience with them. When you book tickets and accommodation with the travel agency, they ask or organise your layover arrangements according to the country requirements BUT not with them they book your holiday plan without asking or telling you about the visa requirements for the country you're going to layover. They have extremely INEXPERIENCED STAFF. And they lack work ethics. Once you raise a complaint they took 3 months to reply that even after you made multiple calls. WORST WORST AGENCY AND STAFF.
