Bait and switch!
Bait and switch!! Literally the morning I booked, later that day received a call and email regarding the booking. When I called back I was informed that my flight to my destination was fine however returning home was a different story. There was no guarantee for the flight, I was considered to be “on standby”. Then he said unless I paid an additional $400+ dollars now there was no guarantee of a seat home. He also said that regardless even with the “standby” I would be required to pay additional that day too. When I said there was no way I was paying an additional $400+ he basically laughed and said “well that’s what you’re going to have to do regardless and you can’t cancel and get a refund, sorry.” “You can look on the website, you’re that’s how much the flights are” I mean if I wanted and was able to pay full price I would have never booked on a discounted website. Very frustrating, false advertisement, lies, thieves, and unprofessional.
