We just got back from our family trip to China, and the service was great from start to finish. Before the trip, the team was super responsive. The contract and payment steps were very clear and easy to understand. The whole itinerary was well-planned, so we could actually relax and enjoy everything without feeling rushed. The best part was our tour manager, Ike. Even though we changed to different local guides in each city, Ike stayed in constant contact with us. Ike checked in regularly and answered any questions right away. Knowing Ike was always there to make sure transitions went smoothly made a huge difference. Highly recommend and will contact them again for my next trip to China.
