Dear customers, be careful before buying from this store. I bought a bicycle two months ago, and it arrived defective. From the beginning, the bicycle did not work. The company sent me a new battery, but the bicycle still does not turn on and remains unusable. I have already sent more than 15 videos as evidence of the problem, but they continue asking for more videos instead of taking responsibility and providing a proper solution. They have still not offered me a replacement bicycle or a refund, even though the product arrived faulty. My experience with their customer service has been very disappointing.
