Not working
Following the instruction and activating eSIM card once I arrived in Iceland but it didn't work. Following their troubleshooting process but still not working. Wasted our first 3.5 hours upon our arrival at Iceland, even with some nice staff's help from Icelandair. It ended up we spent additional 30 Euro to buy an eSIM card from Holafly without any connection problem and started our trip. Asked for refund as we never activated it successfully and we had ended our trip in Iceland but staff kept asking us to help activate the eSIM. Not helpful at all. Never buy it any more.
