Item is lost and no-one will help
The courier used has lost the item though are saying they haven't. Have contacted Hobibear in the hope they would help resolve or give refund. I'm not holding my breath. Currently I'm the ping pong ball between them as they both try to swerve accountability. Cant comment on the shoes but I wouldnt recommend buying anything from them due to the complete lack of helpful customer service when something goes wrong.
