Fast, reliable, and Always Responsive
I've used DFH Global Logistics for several air freight shipments from China to the UAE, and the experience has been consistently excellent. Eva has been my main point of contact, and she's been brilliant — quick to respond (often within minutes, even outside typical hours), clear with quotes, and genuinely helpful whenever I've had questions about timing or documentation. What stands out most is how easy it is to communicate with the team. No matter what I ask — pricing, transit times, warehouse details — I get a straight answer fast, which makes a huge difference when you're trying to plan around shipments. Deliveries have consistently arrived within the timeframes quoted, fully cleared with tax paid, straight to the door. No surprises, no chasing. Highly recommend DFH if you need a freight partner who's responsive and easy to work with.
