Trek experience every four years
On the trip leaving Yuma the two different companies provided excellent coaches with great drivers and they were at the church on time. On the return trip however we only had one driver that was the same. So the pick up information that was emailed earlier was not provided to the two new drivers. We had youth and adults waiting for the last bus to arrive. It was quite stressful because I could not get anyone in the office to answer the phone for quite some time. The phone reception where I was at was terrible and I had to climb up on a hill and wait there for someone to answer the phone. I was told on either Thursday or Friday that if I needed something on Saturday, my contact person would be working and would be able to reach her. I tried her extension number several times and finally went through to the main operator. A gentleman finally answered and was able to provide me helpful information and the phone number of the new coach driver. So after 45 minutes of stressful worrying, the coach showed up.
