Kqi100p scooter purchased in November…
Kqi100p scooter purchased in November 2025 for Christmas had frame cracks by February. It took 6 weeks of constant emailing and sending the whole scooter back to get a replacement, they did replace it) Less than 6 weeks later the charger stopped working. I would have just bought a new one instead of dealing with warranty, but the charger for this scooter is out of stock and has been for at least 3-4 weeks since I started checking. Now, the website is t working to send a warranty claim. Perfectly good scooter is completely unusable bc no charger!!!
