Worst bus & customer care service provided by Rebus
I had a worst bus booking experience by Redbus and Maharani Travels. My bus ticket was canceled after 30 minutes from the departure time without any notification regarding the bus delay. Customer care service provided by Rebus and bus company was RIDICULOUS. I had collected the calls recording and ontime upcoming journey msg recd beyond the journey time for future correspondence. My journey plan was foiled and I paid 3 times to other bus service for the same journey. Bus Company should be banned and Redbus should be pay the compensation to me for the same.
