I have been using this software since 2014. It has kept me on my budget this whole time. But I keep calling there support team to learn more about what this software can do to help me. Yesterday Jill was guiding me on the category system, I kind of knew what I was doing but she made this problem a lot easier to handle. The problem was property taxes. I am over 65 so I can spread the 4 payments over Jan to July, where I make a payment every 2 months. I set it up to be monthly and would delete it on the months that I didn't have a payment. She had me change it so that I had 4 annual payments ex. every January, March, May and July under my Tax category. Now they only appear on the months they are due. So friendly she offered to do it for me, but I want to learn it, so she guided me while I did it myself. I have already used this method on other categories. Their support team is great!
