Rotimatic - dont recommend, unresponsive customer support
I bought rotimatic next in Feb. It took them 13 weeks to deliver but I was excited thinking I will get fresh rotis as they demonstrate in the video. Well, the reality is far from there. It doesnt connect to wifi so the AI feature is just to say you're giving feedback but it is going in a blackhole. Secondly, the primary feature is to make rotis. It does not even closely do the job. They are half baked, folded, or improperly cooked. Many a times it would just eject the dough ball when you're expecting a well made roti. I saw customer reviews about the noise and thought that could be managed. But not only does it get noisy, there is no customer support. Its like you've spent money but you dont know how to get it working or get any support. I have reached out to the team gazillion times. They will respond to other queries (like shipping, proof of delivery). But the moment you ask for return and refund, there is no response. Feels like a betrayal honestly. It is also has such poor parts that you can sense it will need replacement already. Very poor construction and even worse customer support. Dont recommend it. Infact, if I could, I would file a legal case against such a company to prevent such fraud.
