Do not purchase
After decent experience from first rotimatic, we ordered two of rotimatic next. The machines came with a broken part. After going through the initial process of explaining the problem over 50-60emails, rotimatic stopped responding and refused to start returns. Had to dispute the charges. Because the way product is shipped, it takes over 60days even dispute is challenging. Do not purchase!! Company is now a scam.
