If there were an option to give less than one star, I would. This courier service is absolutely terrible. Tracking barely works, and customer service keeps saying that someone will contact me back, but nobody ever does. Anyone considering using this shipping company should think twice. My package was assigned to them through Amazon, and I sincerely hope Amazon reconsiders using such a poor shipping provider.
