For my first time wasn't bad, however, the agent named Czar started the chat with "you buyed half the ge" which was an unnecessary comment, if im buying, why is it a problem, then when asked to confirm my order, I checked and felt rushed to confirmed and after noticed I was missing a Zamorakian Hasta, to which he told me I should've thoroughly checked my list. I then asked if he didn't receive a list himself of my items ordered, and he proceeded to state it was a massive list to look at it. Delivery service was fast, as for the service itself, I didn't appreciate the side comments made.
