Ummm.... is this normal?
It appears that I was shipped a previously used watch - or unboxed at the minimum. The protective plastic on new Seiko watches was removed then kinda stuck back in the box haphazardly. I don't know if the watch was worn and then just put back in the box or what the deal was. Kinda disappointing to pay full price and receive it that way.
