Great dresses and excellent customer service
Although I looked through quite a few different websites while searching for my wedding dress, I kept finding that my favourite dresses were all on JJ's House. They have such a huge range of styles, so choosing was definitely the hardest part!! I think I had around 10 dresses saved to my wishlist before finally narrowing it down to three favourites. When the dresses arrived, they were all exactly as pictured with all the lovely details, and I found the sizing chart to be accurate to the measurements listed. I am so happy to have found my wedding dress and would definitely recommend JJ's House to anyone looking for a special occasion dress. Another reason I would recommend JJ's House is their customer service. The team were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and always replied in less than 24 hours. They made me feel listened to, answered all my questions, and were really supportive when I needed to return the dresses I sadly didn't choose. The return process was super straightforward and my refund was back in my account within the same day.
